    Build a cart of services you want and submit your order. We'll review your order and ask additional questions if needed.

    Deliver the products to our studio via drop off or using one of the major shipping providers.

How do I ship products?

How do I get back my products?

You may request a product return by email within 30 days after project completion. You can choose one of the following return methods:

• Provide your own shipping label: Use a return shipping label you prepare.

• Ship from Zerogram Studio: We will handle the return shipment, and the label cost will be added to your invoice.

Do you accept reshoots?

If we’ve made a mistake, we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.

Do you accept revisions??

Yes, one round of revision is included.

• To avoid delays, please send all your requested changes together within 36 hours after receiving the files. We will apply them promptly.

• If no revision request is made within 36 hours, the project will be considered complete, and any later revisions will incur an additional fee.

How do I get my photos?

Completed photos are delivered through our cloud service. Once your project is complete, you will receive a unique link that allows you to view and instantly download your high-resolution images.

• The download link will expire after 365 days, and we are not responsible for file storage beyond that period.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have already completed payment and wish to cancel your order, please send an email to hi@zerogramstudio.com.
