1. Pricing

Do you charge per-photo or per-product? We charge per-photo. This means if you have two products and you want 3 photos each you will be charged for a total of 6 photos.

How much will it cost? The biggest factor in the overall cost of a project is the number of photos being ordered. Because it’s much more efficient to shoot one large project versus several smaller ones, our pricing model includes significant discounts as the size of your order increases. Detailed rates can be found on our pricing page.

How do I pay? Before starting your project we will send you a quote with a payment link which you can use to accept the quote and pay. We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Paypal.

Can I get the quantity rate if I have many smaller projects? Our rates decrease with a larger order because it is more efficient for us to shoot one large project than it is to shoot several smaller projects. Because of this, each project is priced separately based on the size of each order.

2. Shipping

Do you ship my products back when you’re done?

Yes, we ship your products back. The cost of return shipping will be included on your invoice. Alternatively, you can include your return shipping label along with the original shipment. For more details see our Term Of Service

Do you keep my inventory? After the completion of the project, we only keep customers product for 14days in our facility. Please note that due to limited inventory control, we have to arbitrarily bestowal/dispose of it after 14 days of project delivery.

I have a product that is very large. Can you shoot it? If you’ll be sending unusually large or heavy products, please contact us before shipping.

3. Process

How long do photography projects take? Most projects are delivered in about 2 weeks, excluding holidays, from when we receive your products and payment. If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time. If a quicker turnaround is needed, rush service may also be available. During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly so please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.

Where do I ship the products to? Send your product to our studio address: 241 Main Street Suite 206, Hackensack, New Jersey.

What if I would like an image to be re-shot? If we’ve made a mistake, we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.

 4. Delivery

In what format are my photos delivered? Standard product photos are delivered as a high resolution, 300 DPI jpeg using maximum quality settings measuring 3000×3000 pixels in size. Depending on product shape, excess white space may be cropped leaving the longest dimension at least 3000 pixels, while the other dimension is cropped to fit the shape of the product being photographed. Hero Shots are 7360 × 4912 pixels (before cropping) and are delivered in a layered tiff format with transparency.

How do you deliver my finished photos? Delivery of completed photos occurs via our cloud service. Upon completion of your project, you will be provided a unique link. Click on the link to view and instantly download your high-resolution images. We keep your images on our server for future viewing and download at no additional charge for a year.

*The downloadable link will expire in 365 days and after that we are not responsible for the files after one year.

What kind of license comes with the images? Upon final delivery, the photographs become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. This means you are free to use the photographs in any of your publications as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of publication including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. We do retain the copyrights for delivered photos and the photographs may not be re-sold to any third party without prior written permission.

For specific details, read the complete Terms of Service.

5. Cancellation

How do I cancel my order? If you have already submitted payment, you may cancel your order by sending an email to hi@zerogramstudio.com requesting cancellation. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment. Refunds are not possible for projects canceled more than 24 hours after payment. Due to tight time constraints, rush orders may not be canceled.

Is there any Cancellation or No-Show fees? Booking fees are nonrefundable except as provided expressly in these Terms. By way of example, your Booking fees will be forfeited and retained by Zerogram Studio if you cancel a Shoot without rescheduling it, if you reschedule a Shoot with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend the Shoot when and where it is scheduled.
