How it works

1. SUBMIT A ORDER
Build a cart of services you want and submit your order. We'll review your order and ask additional questions if needed.

2. SHIP OR DROP OFF YOUR PRODUCT
Deliver the products to our studio via drop off or using one of the major shipping providers.

3. GET YOUR IMAGE
You’ll get a download link within 3~10 business days. If you want to reshoot, submit a reshoot request using this form.

How do I ship products?
Shipping or Drop-off.
Send your product to our studio address at 241 Main Street, Suite 206, Hackensack, New Jersey. Drop-off is available during our office hours.
How do I get back my products?
- Schedule pick-up of your products.
- Provide your own return shipping label.
- Ship from Zerogram Studio, and the label cost will be added to your invoice.
- Donate the items.
What is the turnaround time?
3 to 10 business days- excluding holidays, from when we receive your products and payment.
If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time. If a quicker turnaround is needed, rush service may also be available. During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly so please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.
Do you accept reshoot and can I get a refund?
If we’ve made a mistake, we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.
How do I cancel my order?
If you have already submitted payment, you may cancel your order by sending an email to hi@zerogramstudio.com requesting cancellation. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment. Refunds are not possible for projects canceled more than 24 hours after payment. Due to tight time constraints, rush orders may not be canceled.
Do you accept revisions?
Delivery of completed photos occurs via our cloud service. Upon completion of your project, you will be provided a unique link. Click on the link to view and instantly download your high-resolution images. We keep your images on our server for future viewing and download at no additional charge for a year. *The downloadable link will expire in 365 days and after that we are not responsible for the files after one year.
